Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipping
Once the charges process to your credit card, your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us support@ekomasina.com or reach out on live chat.
Shipping Fees
How much is shipping?
Our electric scooters are shipped via ground only. We offer free shipping within Canada and USA (excluding Alaska, Nebraska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and South America). The couriers we use are UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, Novex and Wyngit. Buyers will be responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes.
For unsuccessful delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and re-delivery fees, plus an administrative fee of US $30. All returned items will be on hold for one week before restocking.
If possible, gears and parts purchased separately from electric scooter will be packed inside the scooter box. If not, gears and parts will be shipped separately and charged a $20 USD shipping fee.
Shipping Surcharge Zones
Shipping to rural Canada will be subject to a shipping surcharge. A shipping surcharge fee will be added to orders going to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and surrounding regions. It is a flat rate of US $75.

Some models may include a flat rate shipping surcharge due to its size and weight. These models are listed below:

Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us! Currently, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.
Looking for flexible payment options?
While we’re working behind the scenes to integrate a “Pay in 4” service soon, many of our customers are already taking advantage of the instalment options available through their credit card providers. Most major credit cards offer easy monthly payment plans, so you can break your purchase into smaller, more manageable payments—often with little to no interest.
We’ll be adding more flexible payment solutions soon to give you even more ways to ride now and pay later. Stay tuned!
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@ekomasina.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Does Eko Mašina offer repair services?
Eko Mašina does not provide direct repair services. However, we can help connect you with an authorized repair center near you for service and maintenance.
What should I do if my electric scooter has an issue?
If your scooter is experiencing issues, we recommend checking if your product is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period for coverage on faulty technology or defective components. Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy, so be sure to review their terms or contact us for guidance on next steps.
How can I find a repair center near me?
