Return & Refund Policy

At Eko Mašina, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. An 10% processing fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
  • To cancel, email support@ekomasina.com. Cancellation must be confirmed with a follow-up email.

Returns for Scooters:

  • Unshipped Scooters: Full refunds are available if the scooter has not been shipped yet.
  • Shipped Scooters:
    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:
      • The scooter is unused (0 miles), in its original packaging.
      • A 10% restocking fee applies.
      • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for Gear:

  • Unshipped Gear: Full refunds available.
  • Shipped Gear:
    • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt if:
      • Items are unopened and uninstalled.
      • A 15% restocking fee applies.
      • The buyer covers return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Additional bank processing times may apply.
  • If the product has been used contrary to our user policies, refunds might be rejected.
