Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before shipping. An 10% processing fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
- To cancel, email support@ekomasina.com. Cancellation must be confirmed with a follow-up email.
Returns for Scooters:
- Unshipped Scooters: Full refunds are available if the scooter has not been shipped yet.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:
- The scooter is unused (0 miles), in its original packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee applies.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Unshipped Gear: Full refunds available.

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt if:
- Items are unopened and uninstalled.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- The buyer covers return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Additional bank processing times may apply.
- If the product has been used contrary to our user policies, refunds might be rejected.
