You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been successfully placed.
Shipping Coverage
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, South America, and rural areas subject to surcharges).
- The couriers we use are UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS.
- Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.
Order Processing and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days.
- Tracking Information: Tracking details may take some time to appear as updates are processed after packages leave the warehouse.
Shipping Surcharges
- All Gear and Accessories have a $20 USD flat rate for shipping.
- Rural Areas in Canada: Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and surrounding regions incurs a flat surcharge of $75 USD.
- Oversized Items: Select electric scooter models may include a flat rate shipping surcharge due to size and weight:
- EVOLV Corsa: $75 USD
Additional Shipping Information
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts will incur return shipping costs, re-delivery fees, and an administrative fee of $30 USD.
- If ordered separately, parts and accessories may be shipped in the scooter box when possible; otherwise, they will be shipped separately, and additional shipping fees may apply.
- We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time.
